Delivery & Returns

Stonemonkey Gifts offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all its items with, where possible, next working day despatch.

All items will be well packed for their journey to you and sent out quickly.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If in the unlikely event your order arrives  damaged  contact us immediately via the Contact us page. If it arrives damaged then we can quickly sort this out for you it would be helpful if you could send some photographic evidence of any damage as this can sometimes speed things up.

Returns Policy

At Stonemonkey Gifts, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a hassle-free returns policy in place. You can return your items within a specified period for a refund or exchange.

Returns - Change of mind

If you change your mind and want to return an item please contact us, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you received free delivery then your refund will be minus the cost of outgoing postage charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To assist your return, we require an order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We can't accept an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
